Written by Charles Shoemake

What did I say, in my sleep last night?
Did I give it away, did I get myself into a fight?
Won't you come and alphabetize my skin?
Before this dream has to do me in.
What did I dream, in my sleep last night?
Was I flyin' around, did I cuss out a kite?
Won't you come and accolade my wind?
Or am I blowin' second base again?
Won't you come identify my twin?
To be something I've never been
How did I shake, in my sleep last night?
How did I wake up, from my dreams feelin' just alright?
All and all I guess it was the sight, that gave me such and awful fright
All and all I guess it was the light, that made us want to say good night.
